Staff Parish Relations Committee

Staff Parish Relations Committee hires, supports, and evaluates all paid staff.  They develop and maintain job descriptions.  Staff Parish Relations Committee also works with the District Superintendent to assess the state of the church and the match between the pastor and the church, and evaluates this relationship yearly.
